How do I rent a private jet?

Does anyone know the best company for renting a private jet? I travel 25 – 50 hours a year for work and have no desire to buy into a fractional jet ownership program. Are there any programs where I can access private jets without having to partially own them? Also, my travel hours are random so the program would need to have some level of flexibility.
